The product
Operations teams ask questions like “Which products are below their reorder level?” and get an answer in seconds — written up in plain English, backed by a chart or table, and exportable as CSV. Live KPIs for stock value, revenue, backorders and open POs sit across the top.
The challenge
ERP data is rich but locked behind reports only analysts can build. The assistant had to turn everyday questions into correct SQL on live data, explain the result clearly, and stay honest about what it can and can’t verify.
